Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged, defective, or leaking upon delivery
- Wrong product delivered
- Product does not match the description
2. Non-Returnable Products

- Hazardous or regulated chemicals (unless damaged)
- Custom-made or bulk orders
- Products without original packaging or labeling
3. Return Request Timeline
Buyers must request a return within 48 hours of delivery. Requests after this period may not be accepted.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact SAMKITH through the website
- Provide order details and reason for return
- Submit photos/videos as proof (for damaged or incorrect items)
5. Return Approval
All returns are subject to verification and approval. SAMKITH reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy criteria.
6. Pickup & Shipping
Approved returns may be picked up by our logistics partner. In some cases, buyers may be required to ship the product back as instructed.
7. Refund or Replacement
Once the returned product is received and verified:
- Replacement will be provided, or
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
8. Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
9. Safety Compliance
Buyers must ensure that returned products are:
- Properly sealed
- Safely packaged
- In compliance with chemical transport regulations
10. Misuse of Policy
Repeated or fraudulent return requests may lead to account suspension.
